Judge Leonard elected Chief Judge of the Cobb Judicial Circuit
Judge Leonard was unanimously elected as Chief Judge of the Superior Court. The Chief Judge is tasked with many administrative duties in addition to their regular caseload. The Chief Judge oversees the Court’s programs and serves as the court’s liaison with other agencies and elected officials.
