Judge Leonard presents again to the Superior Court Judges on becoming more proficient with technology.

The virtual age in the judiciary appears like it is here to stay. By now, most Judges have been conducting some court proceedings virtually. Judge Leonard was asked to speak again on using technology to modernize the courts.
